FHA Financing with 600 FICO score available

In today’s mortgage world it has become the norm to see guidelines make it more difficult for buyers to qualify. Today I have some great news that actually makes it easier for people to qualify! A bit of a pendulum swing in the other direction for the mortgage industry if you will.  There is now an options for buyers with lower creidit scores!

FHA financing for buyers with FICO scores as low as 600 is now available!  We just received this update and I wanted to share it with you right away.  FHA financing allows a buyer to purchase a home with a very low down payment – only 3.5%. Mortgage rates for an FHA loan are currently near all time lows!
